Most Ghost Grails cards are prepared or made to order. We take care with each order, but production or preparation can take additional time before a parcel is dispatched. Shipping speed begins after dispatch; it is separate from production time.
Production comes before dispatch
Some designs are stocked and ready to send; others require preparation after your order is placed. Because designs and order volumes vary, a made-to-order item may not leave immediately after checkout. We do not promise a universal production time for all products. If timing is important, contact Ghost Grails before ordering about the specific card.
Shipping, packaging and handling
Ghost Grails packs cards with protection in mind, including a penny sleeve and rigid top loader. The delivery option, charge and any estimated transit time appear in checkout for your address. Your current market's checkout price is the authoritative shipping rate; any advertised store-wide pricing offers are subject to checkout eligibility.
After dispatch, transit times can vary by carrier, destination, customs handling and other factors outside production. A fast transit service cannot remove made-to-order preparation time.
Frequently asked shipping questions
Are all Pokémon proxy cards made to order?
No. Some products may be ready to ship while others are produced or prepared after purchase. Check individual product information if a specific delivery deadline matters.
How will my cards be protected?
Cards are prepared for transit with protective packaging, including a penny sleeve and top loader. If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
Does fast shipping mean same-day dispatch?
Not necessarily. Shipping or transit speed applies after the package is handed to the carrier. Made-to-order production and order processing are separate steps.
What if I need a card by a particular date?
Before ordering, send us the design and date so we can discuss any known preparation constraints. An estimated arrival date is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Know what you are ordering
Ghost Grails specialises in unofficial Pokémon proxy reproductions for personal display and collecting. They are not authentic Pokémon TCG cards and are not intended for official tournament play. For guidance on materials, visuals and what product photographs can show, review Quality Check.
